Had a great time last night at the “Vista Dude Night.”

Hit the gym this morning. Ran/Biked 7 miles. Felt good.

While at the gym I listened to Darrin Patrick message on preaching. Wow, I love Darrin-such a great balance. But his message was so convicting. If you’re a pastor you need to listen to this message. Preaching to people every Sunday is an art that takes a lot of discipline. Very few do it well.
